Today will be a public holiday for my state, Perak and the state will be in mourning for 100 days.

Currently anyone is allowed to visit to pay the last respect.

Two days ago, I read someone’s twitter asking that he heard a rumor that the Sultan of Perak passed away. He was asking if it was true, why is the flag not being lowered to half mast. I wonder where heard the news because he hasn’t yet passed away and the news was only confirmed yesterday’s afternoon when he passed away at 1.30 pm. News sure travel at lightning speed nowadays even before it happened, or maybe it’ll be more precise if I say… prediction?

May he rest in peace.
